  • Once the software expires, the only way to use it again is to purchase a license.
  • Re-installing the software will not reset the evaluation counter.
  • The software is licensed for 1 machine and is non-transferable.

  • What version of ACT! is Data Fields Exporter (DFE) compatible with? DFE is compatible with ALL ACT! 2007 through 2014, standard, professional, premium, etc..
  • Does DFE export custom fields? Yes, DFE exports all custom fields the tables relevant tables.
  • Does DFE export the Notes/History? DFE exports the Notes/History in two formats:
    • In the contact record as a single field named Notes_Generated, History_Generated i.e. all the notes or history are concatenated into a single field.
    • In the notes or history export table where each note/history is individually exported and has a link to the contact ID.
  • Can I install DFE on ALL my computers? There is no limitation on the number of computers you can install DFE. However, the license you purchase is only valid for 1 user on 1 computer.
